LLM Temperature & Emergent Behavior Research
Published final-year AI research
Final-year research at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, published in the Advances in Technology Journal. It studies how the temperature setting changes the behavior of GPT-4o, Claude 3.7 Sonnet and LLaMA 3.1 8B across logical reasoning, maths, creative writing and general knowledge. Co-authored with Nipun Balage and Ashen Shamilka; the project site presents the timeline, findings and documents.
